Dot Property Thailand Awards Celebrate Industry Excellence

The Dot Property Thailand Awards 2025, held at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel at Chao Phraya River on August 14th, was a night to remember, bringing together the best and brightest in Thailand’s real estate industry. This highly anticipated annual event, recognised as the pinnacle of excellence in the real estate sector, celebrated the outstanding achievements of developers and their projects that have shaped the landscape of Thailand’s property market. 

The evening was a spectacular showcase of resilience, recognition and celebration, with over 400 distinguished guests from across the country in attendance. Amid the opulence and entertainment, a standout performance by Thai vocal star Be Peerapat added a touch of celebrity glamour to the night’s festivities, which ended with a magnificent riverside firework show. 

This year’s Dot Property Thailand Awards held deeper meaning, as the industry reflected on a challenging period marked by an economic slowdown and the unprecedented impact of the Bangkok earthquake. In his opening remarks, Mr Adam Sutcliffe, Director of Dot Property Group, paid tribute to the strength and unity shown by the real estate sector, particularly developers in the capital who demonstrated unwavering resolve in the face of adversity. 

The highest honour of the evening, Real Estate CEO of the Year 2025, was awarded to Mr Dhira Thongwilai, Chief Executive Officer of Pruksa Real Estate PCL. Under his leadership, Pruksa has continued to deliver high-value housing solutions that improve the lives of Thai families, while navigating a complex and uncertain landscape with vision, clarity, and determination. 

“This year’s award winners represent more than just business success — they represent resilience and a deep commitment to the future of Thai real estate,” said Mr Adam Sutcliffe, Director of Dot Property Group. “We are especially proud to honour Mr Dhira Thongwilai, whose leadership has inspired the industry during one of its most testing years.”
